BNB Cleaners - short-term rental property cleans

Sunny BNB is one of the Sunshine Coast’s largest holiday property management businesses, managing around 100 short-term rental properties from Pelican Waters to Coolum.

We are looking for experienced cleaners to join our team for an immediate start.

Our portfolio includes quality houses and apartments across the Sunshine Coast, with a large concentration of properties in Mooloolaba, Alexandra Headland, Maroochydore and Kings Beach.

This is a casual employee position , not an ABN/contractor role.

We offer:

- $43.00–$48.95 per hour + super

- Higher applicable penalty rates for public holidays

- Weekly electronic payment to your bank account every Wednesday

What we need from you

There are three essential requirements for this position:

1. Cleaning experience





You must have previous professional cleaning experience and excellent attention to detail. Due to the standard required across our holiday properties, we are currently only recruiting experienced cleaners.

2. Your own reliable vehicle and a current driver's licence

You will collect linen and supplies from our Warana depot before travelling to allocated properties, so reliable transport is essential.

3. You must live locally on the Sunshine Coast

Our properties extend from Pelican Waters to Coolum, and each working day starts and finishes at our Warana depot.

About the role

Holiday rental cleaning is detailed, fast-paced work. Our cleaners prepare properties between departing and arriving guests, so reliability, efficiency and attention to presentation are extremely important.

We have developed an effective system to make the process as straightforward as possible. Linen and consumables are prepared for collection from our Warana depot, and we supply the cleaning chemicals and materials required.
