Business Development Representative & Field Sales n

This is a field-based sales role with the freedom to manage your own week, working from home and out in the field visiting customers and developing new business. You'll be selling foodservice and wholesale products primarily to cafés, restaurants, dessert bars, ice cream shops, bakeries, takeaway stores, entertainment venues, wholesalers and other hospitality businesses. No daily office attendance required.

Key responsibilities

Find and develop new customers across Sydney

n

Visit businesses to provide samples and build relationships with wholesale accounts

n

Follow up enquiries and develop current business

n

Manage calls, emails, quotes and follow-ups from home

n

Build and manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts

n

About you

n

Confident talking to business owners and building relationships

n

Experience in B2B sales, field sales, foodservice, hospitality, FMCG,



wholesale or account management highly regarded

n

Current Australian driver's licence required

n

Reliable vehicle required

n

Expected Start: 2 November 2026 with interviews to take place from mid October.

n

Uncapped commission on new business generated (7.5% of Gross Profit on qualifying initial sales + 1% of Gross Profit ongoing on qualifying repeat sales)

n

Commission on new customers generated from company-provided leads

n

Work from home flexibility

n

Travel reimbursement at $1.00 per business kilometre for approved business travel

n
