MacKillop Family Services is seeking a Community Support Practitioner to deliver early intervention support to children, young people and families across Broadmeadows and Craigieburn, in partnership with local schools and early learning centres. The role is full time and fixed-term until June 30, 2027, co-located across centres, reporting to the Coordinator of Early Help & Integrated Family Services.

You will build trusted relationships, connect families to services, and contribute to family
