About the Role:

We are looking for a Chef to take assist in the daily operations of the kitchen. A Chef that can manage a busy service delivering our quality menu, and of course our amazing functions.

Showcasinga proven track record of passion to deliver quality food consistently, the right Chef will:

- Bepassionate about what you do, innovative and experienced.
- Deliver high quality British dishes, consistently well, in a fast-paced,



busy environment.
- Work fast, clean and able to motivate the team through leading by example.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus.
- Demonstrate solid organisation skills, strong ability to follow and implement systems and ability to work with a large team will be key
