St Jude’s Health Care Group is seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist residents in our aged care facility and clients in our mental health hostel. You will work with a Registered Nurse for guidance, creating a home-like atmosphere and supporting daily living activities, personal care, and meals.

Ideal candidates have experience in residential aged care, are naturally caring and empathetic, and possess solid written and verbal communication skills.
