Loulou, at Lavender Bay, part of Etymon Projects, is seeking an experienced Baker with robust pastry production background. The 2:00 am start supports morning trade, then shifts to pastry team mise en place and daily production tasks under the Head of Pastry.

Applicants should have 3+ years in baking/pastry, including viennoiserie, and be able to follow recipes with precision. This full-time role offers growth within a premium hospitality group.
