Job Description
Do your best clinical work — with genuine supervision, career progression and the flexibility to work where you live.
Why Kameleon? n
We're specialists in Positive Behaviour Support — it's all we do. That focus means our clinical leadership, supervision, training and systems have all been built specifically for Behaviour Support. It's also reflected in our quality: we've achieved zero non-conformities across five consecutive NDIS registration audits.
n
You’ll join an experienced national team supporting participants across NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, ACT and TAS — while working from home and within your local community.
About the role n
This is a flexible, home-based role with no daily office commute . You’ll work with participants in their homes, schools, workplaces and communities while staying connected to a supportive national clinical team. You’ll:
n
n
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Comprehensive Positive Behaviour Support Plans (CPBSPs)
n
- Identify Restrictive Practices and develop Interim Plans within NDIS timeframes
n
- Support implementation, monitor progress, and review as needed
n
- Coach families and support workers in the plans you've written
n
- Collaborate with practitioners and clinical specialists through supervision, training, workshops and projects
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement and clinical excellence across our PBS practice
n
What we are looking for: n
You’ll already have solid experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support and be recognised as a suitable NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner, with an NDIS practitioner number
n
You’ll also have:
n
n
- A relevant undergraduate qualification (ABA, Psychology, OT, Speech Pathology, Early Childhood,
Teaching, Special Education, Social Work, Counselling, Disability, Human Services or related discipline)
n
- Experience developing CPBSPs and coaching families/support workers in implementing them
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
n
- A current driver's licence and insured, roadworthy vehicle
n
n
(Desirable, not essential: postgraduate qualifications or working toward them; experience across a range of ages and complex presentations - we encourage age-specific specialists to apply too.)
What we offer n
n
- Genuine clinical support - Weekly or fortnightly 1:1 supervision, fortnightly clinical training, access to experienced practitioners and BCBA/CBA supervision where relevant.
n
- Flexibility that actually works - Work from home, manage your diary and support participants within your local area.
n
- Time to settle in properly - A structured induction, onboarding buddy and scaled billable expectations while you establish your caseload.
n
- Professional development - A dedicated PD allocation to spend on development relevant to your professional interests and career.
n
- Career progression - Explicit pathways into senior levels and clinical leadership roles. We actively promote from within.
n
- Competitive remuneration - Competitive salary based on your experience, plus a quality and performance-based bonus structure.
