Balgownie Estate in Victoria seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our cellar door, dining and event spaces. Lead service teams, ensure guest experiences meet our high standards, and coordinate events with empathy and professionalism.

You will train staff, communicate menu updates, maintain brand knowledge, and ensure opening/closing duties are performed to a consistently excellent standard. Weekend availability is required.
