Accounts, Payroll & Admin Officer | Paradise Luxury Motor Homes n

Paradise Luxury Motor Homes builds premium motorhomes at our Yatala factory and is part of JB Group International, a national caravan and motorhome group. We need an experienced Accounts, Payroll & Admin Officer to join us as soon as possible. You don't need caravan or motorhome experience. If you know MYOB and payroll, we'll teach you the rest.

Key responsibilities n

Process payroll for our production and office team, including timesheets, overtime, leave, STP and super

n

Manage accounts receivable: invoicing, customer deposits and following up payments

n

Manage accounts payable: entering supplier invoices, matching purchase orders and preparing payment runs

n

Complete bank reconciliations and month-end tasks

n

Handle general office admin: filing, data entry, setting up customers and suppliers, and answering phone and email enquiries

n

Help our head office finance team with BAS and the annual financials. Head office prepares and lodges these, and you'll supply the reports and records they need

About you n





Solid experience with MYOB, or similar accounting and payroll software

n

Payroll experience, including award rates, overtime and leave

n

Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations

n

Close attention to detail, positive organisation, and the discipline to hit pay day every time

n

Discretion with confidential information

n

Full working rights in Australia and the ability to work on site in Yatala, Monday to Friday

n

CPA / CA, or studying towards it (highly regarded, not essential)

n

Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping (highly regarded, not essential)
