About the Role n

Assistant Educator x 2 you will be a welcoming face for all children and families. You will support the delivery of an age-appropriate educational program, contribute to child observations, assist in creating inviting learning spaces and build strong relationships with children and families. Your priorities will include ensuring that every child receives a nurturing and enriching learning experience, feels safe and secure in their environment and that every parent feels valued and respected.

Assistant Educator (Certificate III and Diploma Qualified)

Key Responsibilities n

- Work alongside and inspire assistant educators to deliver high-quality education and care.
n




- Create innovative educational programs that cater to the individual needs of each child.
n
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes creativity, independence, and holistic development.
n
- Build strong relationships with parents and the community to support the growth and well-being of every child.
n
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
n
- Have a strong knowledge of child safe standards.
n

The Successful Applicant must have nn
- Diploma of Children's services or Certificate III in children's services - relevant qualification to the job you are applying for.
n
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
n
- First Aid.
n
- CPR.
n
- Asthma & Anaphylaxis training.
n
- Mandatory Reporting Training.
n
- Solid understanding of Child Safe Standards.
n
- Strong understanding and commitment of Early Childhoodand practices.
n
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
n
