Job Description

Coles Group is seeking a Production Technician for MilkCo at Erskine Park. You will oversee the production line, manage automated machinery for milk processing, filling and packaging, and coordinate logistics to ensure productive operations.

The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and continuous learning within a fast-paced FMCG environment. A rotating roster is part of the schedule, with early and late shifts to cover the production cycle.
