The Star Sydney is hiring a Chef de Cuisine for our Commissary Kitchen, reporting to the Executive Sous Chef. You will lead a team of exceptional chefs and oversee kitchen operations across our Sydney venues.

We seek a Senior/Head Chef with proven leadership, menu development, and training experience. This full-time role requires delivering high standards, managing a quick-paced team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across multiple properties.
