What You’ll Be Doing Role Patient Care & Support n

- Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
n
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient data
n
- Assisting with general enquiries and providing a calm presence
n

Reception & Administration nn
- Handling payments and billing (Medicare, Private Health, DVA, etc.)
n
- Managing medical records with confidentiality
n
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
n




- Responding to internal emails and coordinating with clinical staff
n

Team Collaboration nn
- Working independently and as part of a supportive team
n
- Communicating with referring doctors and other stakeholders
n
- Providing coverage during staff leave when needed
n

What You’ll Bring nn
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, medical software)
n
- Understanding of medical terminology
n
- Previous experience in radiology or medical reception is a plus
n
