Monash Health’s Children's Health and Wellbeing Local is seeking an Access and Engagement Clinician to support children aged 0–11 and their families. Based primarily at Cranbourne, you’ll join an interdisciplinary team providing assessment, triage, service navigation and care coordination.
You will work with community agencies to connect families with the right care at the right time, focusing on equitable access, cultural sensitivity and family-centred care.
