Job Description

IRT Sarah Claydon Village in Milton is seeking a Residential Manager to lead day-to-day operations and a skilled team delivering person-centred care. You will oversee resident relations, ensure compliance with Aged Care standards, support quality programs, and manage budgets.

Applicants should have 4-5 years of leadership in aged care, APHRA registration, and solid financial acumen. A postgraduate qualification is highly regarded and a current NSW Driver's Licence is required.
