- Proven experience leading a 3–5 kindergarten program , with strength in planning, delivering and evaluating engaging learning experiences
n
- Confidence and skill in supporting neurodiverse children through inclusive,
strengths‑based practices
n
- Montessori 3–6 training or experience (highly regarded) and a passion for child‑led exploration
n
- A calm, skilled and relationship‑centred approach that nurtures children, families and colleagues
n
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to contributing positively to a supportive, high‑performing team
