Job Description

Hiker Brewing Co. in Salisbury, Brisbane, is seeking an experienced cook to lead during service. You’ll work hands-on with a small team to keep the kitchen running smoothly, from prep to closing.

Based at Salisbury with occasional help at East Brisbane, you’ll cook, coordinate prep, train juniors, manage stock, and uphold food safety. A senior cook or kitchen supervisor ready for the next step is ideal.
