Job Description

CatholicCare Sydney is seeking an experienced Counsellor Lead to guide a small team delivering phone counselling to carers across Australia. You will provide day-to-day operational and clinical leadership, supervision, and expert advice to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

The role involves monitoring KPIs, supporting the Practice Manager, and managing a small caseload within a hybrid, full time setup based in Lewisham.
