Job Description
3Bridges is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Lead for Education – OSHC to provide leadership across our Sydney portfolio, with Penshurst as the base and regular travel across Sydney and surrounding areas.

You will lead, mentor and coach Program Coordinators and educators, ensuring high-quality, inclusive services and solid compliance. This role requires a Diploma in School Age Education and Care or ACECQA-equivalent; WWCC and first aid qualifications are essential.
