We are seeking experienced Contact Centre Systems Technical Leads to join a leading Federal Government Agency. The successful Contact Centre Systems Technical Leads will lead the design, development and ongoing enhancement of cloud-based contact centre platforms, driving AWS-based solutions that support critical customer engagement services across a large-scale digital environment. You will be offered an initial 12 month contract with a further 12 month extension option and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful Contact Centre Systems Technical Leads will be responsible for, but not limited to:

n

n
- Designing, building and supporting AWS Amazon Connect contact centre solutions
n
- Developing AWS microservices architectures using Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB and Step Functions
n
- Leading integrations between contact centre platforms and enterprise systems
n
- Implementing Infrastructure as Code,



CI/CD pipelines and secure DevOps practices
n
- Providing technical leadership, mentoring and stakeholder engagement across delivery teams
n

The successful Contact Centre Systems Technical Leads will have:

n

n
- Extensive experience with AWS Cloud and Amazon Connect platforms
n
- Strong experience designing microservices, APIs and enterprise integration solutions
n
- Proven full-stack development experience across front-end, back-end and integration layers
n
- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Git, GitLab, Jenkins and DevOps methodologies
n
- AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Developer or related AWS certifications highly regarded
n
