Fina Foods is looking for an organised and proactive Customer Service and Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This is a varied role covering customer service, order processing, logistics, operations and quality support within our food distribution business. We’re looking for someone who can think quickly, solve problems and confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, quotes, returns and credits
- Manage customer enquiries and provide order/delivery updates
- Maintain customer pricing, rebates and promotional information
- Coordinate with suppliers, 3PL, freight providers and dispatch
- Book freight, track deliveries and resolve issues
- Monitor inventory and maintain accurate records
- Support sales and accounts with customer and order enquiries
- Assist with QA, food safety, product specifications and allergen documentation
- Maintain and develop operational procedures (SOPs)
- Provide general administrative support
About You
- Experience in the foodservice industry
- Customer service, sales or operations experience, ideally in food distribution or FMCG
- Strong Excel, data entry and order processing skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Organised, reliable and confident working independently
- Experience with QA/food safety, 3PL, freight, Carton Cloud or CRM systems is highly regarded
This is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, primarily working from home (Hybrid) with occasional attendance at our Artarmon office.
