About the Role
Keep guest operations running smoothly from our Broadbeach office. You'll coordinate arrivals, departures and guest issues, support the front desk, and guide the Guest Services team and Host Inspectors day to day. You'll report to the Holiday Manager and work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations and Property Management teams.

Duties

- Coordinate daily priorities across arrivals, departures, enquiries and guest issues

- Support front desk operations, including walk-ins, calls, emails and guest messaging

- Oversee check-in processes, access, keys and fobs, and arrival readiness

- Act as first escalation point for guest concerns, maintenance and service recovery

- Coach and support Guest Services and Host Inspector team members,



including onboarding

Skills & Experience

- Experience in hospitality, accommodation, tourism or customer service

- Supervisory or team leadership experience (preferred)

- Strong communication, conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills

- Confident using reservation, property management or guest communication systems

- Availability for weekend operations and occasional out-of-hours escalations, in line with roster arrangements
