About the Role
Harrison Barratt Group is partnering with a well-regarded Sydney commercial builder known for high-quality fit-out and refurbishment work across workplace, retail, hospitality, education and health. With a strong pipeline and a tight, capable team, they're looking for an experienced Site Manager to report to the Project Manager and run day-to-day site delivery from mobilisation through to handover. Projects typically range from $1M to $10M, often in live environments, and it's a great time to join and grow with the business.

What You'll Do

- Lead all on-site activity, including people, programme, quality and safety
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, site meetings and daily site activity
- Run inductions, inspections and risk controls to keep a protected, well-organised site
- Review drawings and specifications to make sure work is buildable and delivered as designed
- Work closely with the Project Manager, clients and consultants, giving clear progress updates
- Identify and resolve on-site issues before they affect programme or quality
- Manage quality, defects and close-out to deliver a clean handover

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years' experience in commercial construction,



including at least 2 years as a Site Manager in fit-out
- A track record delivering commercial fit-out projects up to $10M with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder
- Strong knowledge of programmes, drawings, specifications and buildability
- Experience working in live and occupied environments
- A strong commitment to WHS and quality
- A collaborative leadership style and good relationships with subcontractors and clients
- A current White Card and a driver's licence
