Do you take pride in producing high-quality products?

Our Client based near Northam is searching for a Tarp Maker to join our growing team and help deliver world-class shelter solutions.

Who We're Looking For
Skills can be taught. Character can't. Above all, we hire people who are
Humble. You put the team and the job ahead of your ego, share the credit, ask for help when you need it and are glad to be shown a better way
Hungry. You're always looking for more to do, more to learn, and more responsibility. You're self-motivated, so no one has to push you to work harder
Smart. You're smart with people. You read the room, understand how your words and actions land with teammates, and use good common sense when dealing with others
Our values are Build Trust, Be Agile, and Be a Team. In practice, you turn up on time, do what you say, follow safety and quality standards, own your mistakes, and treat everyone with respect. If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
