You’ve built the skills to make a real difference to your patients. Now imagine combining that experience with digital laboratory capability, direct business mentoring and the opportunity to grow into leadership—and potentially business ownership.

At Impressions Dental Studio and Digital Dental Laboratories, we’re looking for an experienced Dental Prosthetist ready to take that next step.

With more than 30 years in the industry, our established clinic and laboratory business connects patient care with the design and manufacture of removable prosthetics. We’re looking for someone who wants to contribute across that whole journey.

A role shaped around your strengths

Your week will combine clinical care and laboratory work, with a mix agreed around your experience, interests and our operational needs.

An initial arrangement could include two clinical days and three laboratory days, with the balance reviewed as your skills and responsibilities develop.

You’ll have the prospect to:

- Deliver personalised removable prosthetic care and build lasting patient relationships.

- Work closely with the digital laboratory team, connecting treatment planning with design and manufacture.

- Expand capability in digital denture design and production workflows.

- Help improve quality, consistency and the patient experience across clinics and laboratory.

- Progressively take on operational and team leadership responsibilities.

Development that builds on your experience

You’ll work directly with founder and director Andrew Snelling, with hands-on training in the clinic and mentoring in both the dental industry and business leadership.





Our digital laboratory team will support your technical development, complemented by relevant external programs where appropriate. You don’t need to arrive knowing every digital workflow—you do need curiosity, sound clinical judgement and a willingness to keep developing.

As your role grows, so will your exposure to the people, planning and commercial decisions involved in running an established dental business.

Who we are looking for

You’re a registered Dental Prosthetist with current AHPRA registration, strong patient communication skills and a commitment to high-quality removable prosthetics.

You bring clinical experience, take pride in your work and enjoy collaborating with a laboratory team. You’re interested in digital workflows and ready to contribute ideas, support colleagues and take increasing responsibility.

Existing digital design or leadership experience would be welcome. Just as valuable is the ambition to develop those capabilities with the right support.
