Join Atom Resources' Carpentry team working on architecturally designed homes valued between $1M–$20m. Due to continued growth, we are seeking highly skilled, passionate carpenters to work alongside some of Sydney's most reputable builders across the Eastern Suburbs.
Employment type: Temporary | Hours: Casual | Roster: Monday to Friday 7am-3.30pm with potential for overtime + Saturdays
Pay basis: $48–$65 per hour + super | Location: Eastern Suburbs + Inner West, NSW

Duties
- Complete first-fix carpentry and structural works.
- Build and install framing, walls, floors and roofs.
- Install doors, architraves and skirting.
- Complete fix-out and finishing carpentry.
- Interpret plans and specifications to deliver high-quality work.
- Work safely,
efficiently and collaboratively across residential sites.
Skills & experience
- Hold a trade qualification in Carpentry and have at least 3 years’ high-end residential experience.
- Work confidently across first fix, structural and fix-out carpentry.
- Read and interpret building plans and specifications.
- Take pride in your workmanship, with strong attention to detail.
- Hold a White Card, own your tools and have reliable transport.
Work rights: Full working rights are required for this role, working holiday visa's will also be accepted.
