We are looking for motivated and safety-focused Machine Operator & Forklift Driver to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality products to our customers.
What You'll Bring
- Valid Forklift Licence
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality-focused environment
- Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to use computer-based systems for machine operation and process data entry
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a rotating 4 on 4 off rosters:
- 2 x 12-hour day shifts (6:00am - 6:00pm)
- 2 x 12-hour night shifts (6:00pm - 6:00am)
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating concrete mixing, stacking and splitting machinery
- Setting up moulds, tooling and machine fixtures
- Adjusting grinding and cutting equipment
- Monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency and performance targets are achieved
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specification requirements
- Following production schedules and meeting operational targets
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
- Performing manual handling tasks as required
- Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient work environment
- Following all WHS policies, procedures and safety standards
