Key duties:

- Processing Creditor Payments and Expenses

- Processing Debtor Invoicing and Receipting

- Monthly intercompany charges and recoveries

- Expense monitoring

- Analyse and respond to queries (internal and external)

- Reconciliation of bank accounts

- End of month processing

- Monthly Reconciliation

Project accounting duties including:

- Preparing progress reports

- Preparing progress claims





- Analyse variations to original budget

- Track costs spend to date and cost to complete

- Draw down funds from finance facilities to pay for projects

- Liaise with project manager (internal and external) and provide assistance

What we are looking for:

- A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role

- A minimum of two years Xero Accounting package experience

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

- Highly organized

- A problem solver

- A proven ability to adapt and learn quickly

- Exceptional attention to detail

This is a permanent full-time position with working hours between 9am – 5.30pm, based in the CBD.
