About The Role

Harrison Barratt Group is partnering with a well-regarded Sydney commercial builder known for high-quality fit-out, refurbishment, and new-build work across the workplace, retail, hospitality, education, and health sectors. With a robust pipeline and a tight, capable team, they're looking for an experienced Project Manager to report to the Director and take ownership of projects from planning and procurement through to handover. Projects typically range from $1M to $10M, often in live environments, and it's a great time to join and grow with the business.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning and procurement through to handover
- Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and procurement schedules
- Own cost control, forecasting, variations and monthly reporting to senior management
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants across concurrent projects
- Manage design coordination and review drawings, specifications and documentation
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects and stakeholders throughout delivery
- Identify and manage project risks and commercial outcomes
- Ensure quality, programme and WHS compliance on every project

What You'll Bring





- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial fit-out projects up to $10M
- Exposure to new build or design and construct (D&C;) projects
- Strong commercial and financial management, including cost reporting and variations
- A solid understanding of construction methodology, programming and Australian contracts
- Experience managing subcontractors, consultants and site teams
- Confidence delivering in live and occupied environments
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline (desired)
- A current driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
