What you’ll be doing

- Managing a consistent volume of family law matters across Divorce & Separation, Property Settlements, Children's Matters, and Financial Agreements
- Working closely with senior practitioners who provide real mentorship and guidance
- Building confidence in negotiations, drafting, client strategy and court work
- Stepping up as you’re ready - with plenty of opportunity to take on more responsibility, and develop your earning capacity while you do it




- Contributing to a team culture that values kindness, professionalism and growth

You will have:

- 2–5 years PAE in family law
- A genuine desire to build your capability and move your career forward, where your effort is recognised and rewarded - professionally and financially.
- Strong communication, empathy and a steady approach with clients
- A willingness to learn, take feedback and be part of a supportive team
