disclosures and customer communications for compliance with ASIC guidance and Selfwealth AFSL operating procedures and standards.
- As Selfwealth’s digital advice platform develops, contribute to the monitoring and supervision program of the digital advice framework, supporting advice quality and disclosure controls.
- Help maintain and update existing compliance procedure documentation for various business functions, including in financial services regulation, data protection and privacy, as directed by Legal, Risk and Compliance leadership.
- Use AI and technology tools to create efficiencies in day-to-day compliance work, from monitoring and testing to reporting and documentation.
- Support fraud and business incident investigations by collating documents and evidence and preparing case summaries for review by the Senior Compliance Lead and/or Legal counsel.
- Support in the development and implementation of new compliance procedures, including transaction monitoring framework, complaints handling.
- Support the rollout of group-designed risk frameworks and programs within Australia by coordinating local implementation tasks (e.g. training logistics, documentation updates, tracking action items), including but not limited to new product approvals, third party risk management, business continuity, and fraud management.
- Support the Senior Compliance Lead and Senior Risk Manager in AFSL risk management framework by undertaking monitoring, drafting and review tasks.

What you’ll bring

- Minimum 3 years experience in a financial services compliance function (AFSL-regulated setting preferred).
