they are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team who has the same high standards.
Working closely with the design, sales and manufacturing teams, you will be responsible for reviewing plans and drawings, completing take-offs and preparing detailed estimates and quotations for a range of premium solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing architectural drawings and plans to understand project requirements
- Completing accurate material and quantity take-offs
- Preparing detailed costings and quotations
- Calculating materials, labour and associated project costs
- Using V3 estimating software to prepare and manage quotes
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to confirm pricing and product requirements
- Reviewing specifications and identifying potential issues or variations
- Ensuring quotations are accurate and delivered within required timeframes
- Supporting the sales team with pricing and project information
You will ideally bring:
- Experience in estimating, take-offs and preparing quotations
- The ability to accurately read and interpret drawings
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Robust communication skills
- A practical and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence working across multiple projects and deadlines
