The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer (5–15 years PAE) to join an established team of approximately 15 property lawyers.

You will ideally have a broad-based property background and experience across sophisticated transactional matters, including the acquisition and disposal of property-based businesses.

Your work will include:

- Acquisition, sale and development of commercial, industrial and residential property;
- Commercial, industrial and retail leasing;




- Acquisition and disposal of property-based businesses;
- Transactions involving rent rolls, motels, management rights and similar assets; and
- Advising clients on a broad range of commercial property matters.

Indeed, the firm's youngest current equity Partner — whom I personally introduced to the firm — achieved Partnership at around 30 years of age.
