MacKellar is seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters to join our established maintenance team at Middlemount Mine. With a stable long-term operation, modern equipment and a supportive site team, this is an opportunity to secure an ongoing role with a mining contractor that has been operating in Australia for more than 60 years.

What You’ll Bring

- Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel Fitter or Plant Mechanic trade qualification
- Experience maintaining heavy earthmoving or mining equipment
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical,



or ability to obtain
- Current Queensland Driver’s Licence
- A strong commitment to safety and working as part of a team
