The Director of Intelligence Systems and Production (ISP) provides the strategic leadership, business management, and coordination essential to ensuring that ASIS’s intelligence systems directly enable organisational objectives while remaining aligned with compliance and security requirements.
AIS is Australia's foreign intelligence collection agency. We collect and distribute secret foreign intelligence, information which would be otherwise unavailable to Australia, to protect Australia and its interests.
We obtain this intelligence from foreign sources, outside Australia's borders. To do this, we rely on what we call "human intelligence" - information that comes directly from people.
If there’s one secret we can reveal about our work - it’s that we’re always on the lookout for current skillsets and specialties to add to our team.
