This is a great opportunity to start a hands-on career in the plumbing industry, gain practical experience across solar, electric and gas hot-water systems, and work towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Plumbing, all while being paid to learn on the job.

As part of the role, you will develop valuable practical skills and experience across a range of hot-water systems, including solar, electric and gas, while building a strong foundation for a rewarding career in the plumbing industry.
Employment Details
Location: O'Connor, WA
Employment Type: Full-time (5 days per week, 38 hours standard)
Term of Apprenticeship: 4 years
Qualification: Certificate III in Plumbing (CPC32420)
What You'll Learn
Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you will develop skills in:
- Installation, servicing and maintenance of hot-water systems
- Solar hot-water systems
- Electric hot-water systems
- Gas hot-water systems
- Hot-water system fault finding and repairs
- Water pipework and plumbing connections
- Safe use of tools and equipment
- Reading plans and following technical instructions
- Workplace health and safety
- Customer service and professional communication
What We’re Looking For
- Physically capable of performing practical, hands-on work
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a physically demanding environment
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a positive work and team ethic
- Able to work effectively in a team, follow instructions, and take direction
- Able to communicate confidently and respectfully with customers and team members
- Safety-conscious and committed to following safe work practices
- Well presented and professional
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to learning and developing new skills
- Motivated to build a long-term career in the plumbing industry
- Committed to completing the full term of the apprenticeship while working full-time
- Previous experience is advantageous but not essential

Eligibility Criteria
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Reside within the Perth Metropolitan Area due to the location of the role
- Hold a valid Driver’s Licence and have reliable transport
- Hold a valid Construction White Card
