You will be joining a leading organisation undergoing a major Finance Transformation and ERP Modernisation program. As an experienced Process Analyst / Business Analyst, you will capture, document and optimise finance processes while supporting ERP readiness initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead finance process discovery and documentation activities
- Facilitate workshops to capture undocumented processes and institutional knowledge
- Develop process maps, requirements and operational documentation
- Identify process, control and compliance gaps
- Support ERP readiness and future-state process design
- Partner with Finance, Technology and Transformation stakeholders
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
About you
- Proven experience as a Process Analyst or Business Analyst within Finance
- Robust process mapping and documentation skills
- Experience working in complex finance environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to identify process risks, controls and compliance requirements
