Working across both reception and clinical areas, you'll support our clinicians, our patients and the wider team throughout the day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing treatment rooms, instruments and materials
- Cleaning and sterilising instruments and maintaining infection control standards
- Supporting patients through their appointment and helping them feel comfortable
- Welcoming patients and providing friendly, qualified service at reception
- Answering patient enquiries in person and over the phone
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Maintaining accurate patient records and completing general administrative tasks
