The practice is led by a principal dentist and supported by a second dentist, an oral hygienist and reception staff, and it values patient-centred care, preventive education and honest, transparent communication.
This is a role with real flexibility. Days are open for negotiation, so you can agree a roster that suits you now and adjust it as your patient base grows. You will have the autonomy to treat the way you want to practise, backed by a team that is easy to work with.
About You
You are a Dentist with current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights, who values clinical excellence and building genuine relationships with patients. You are confident working independently and enjoy being part of a small, collaborative team.
Experience across a broad scope of general dentistry is required. Cosmetic, endodontic or implant experience would be viewed favourably, as the practice offers a wide range of treatments.
