Capers Early Learning Elimbah are currently seeking Experienced Cert 3 or Diploma Qualified Educators to join our team on a full-time basis! Our 6-room Centre is located in the peaceful rural community of Elimbah just north of Caboolture and next to the Elimbah State Primary School.

Duties & responsibilities:
• Provide nurturing care for children
• Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children
• Monitor children's engagement and learning progress to assess individual needs
• Evaluate effectiveness of different programs
• Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment
• Assist children with personal hygiene routines
Requirements & experience:
• Cert 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Current Working with Children Check
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework
• Effective interpersonal skills with parents and other Educators
• Comfortability in a collaborative teaching environment
