Our client is an established provider of civil and electrical infrastructure services, delivering complex projects across the utilities and infrastructure sectors. With a strong pipeline of work, they specialise in the delivery of civil construction packages supporting electrical infrastructure, including underground services, conduit and pit installations, trenching, excavation and associated works.
About the role:
- Operate 10t excavators on urban & commercial civil sites - subdivisions
- Work in an established crew delivering civil electrical infrastructure & energex works
- $45 - $47 per hour, plus penalties dependent on experience
- A daily travel & meal allowance
- Min. 8 hours or more per day - although casual this is weather dependent
- Weekly pay
- Opportunity to earn a full time contract after a 3 month casual probationary period
- Full-time position available for the right candidates
What you'll need:
- Experience in excavators performing trenching & backfill works
- Eager attitude to help out on the ground when required
- White Card
- RII Excavator ticket
- Strong understanding of workplace H&S;
- Experience in Utilities / Electrical / Energex is HIGHLY REGARDED!!
- Knowledge around general civil construction environments
