About the Role

We're seeking reliable, hard-working Builder's Labourers to join our team on a project in Urangan, Hervey Bay. You'll support our tradespeople and site supervisor with a variety of general construction tasks and help keep the site safe, tidy and productive. It's a great prospect for someone wanting steady work over the next 2–3 months with a friendly team.

Key Duties

- Assist carpenters and steel framers with timber and metal framing (carrying, cutting, measuring, positioning and fixing materials)

- Carry out concrete patching and repairs, including surface prep, mixing and applying patching compounds

- Perform site clean-ups as required, including removing rubbish, sorting materials and keeping access ways clear

- Load, unload and move materials and tools around the site

- Assist with general site preparation and set-up

- Help with other general labouring tasks as directed by the supervisor

- Follow all site safety procedures and use PPE at all times

About You

Essential:

- Current White Card (General Construction Induction), Queensland-recognised

- Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team





- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour outdoors

- Willingness to learn and follow instructions

- Strong commitment to safe work practices

- Reliable transport to and from site

Desirable (not essential):

- Previous experience as a builder's labourer or in construction

- Experience with timber or steel framing

- Basic knowledge of concrete repair work

- Own basic hand tools

- Current driver's lisence

Work Details

- Hours: Monday to Friday, standard site hours (e.g. 6:30am–3:00pm)
