What You'll Be Doing
As a Manager in Training, you'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of the business, including:
- Supporting the Store Manager with daily operations
- Driving sales growth and achieving store targets
- Building solid relationships with customers
- Generating new business opportunities
- Managing stock, inventory and order preparation
- Assisting with warehouse and dispatch operations
- Coaching and supporting team members
- Maintaining high safety and presentation standards
About You
You'll likely have:
- 2+ years' experience in retail, trade, warehouse or customer service environments
- Leadership experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, 2IC or similar
- Strong people and communication skills
- A passion for customer service and sales
- Experience working towards KPIs and targets
- Good computer skills
- A hands-on approach and willingness to assist in warehouse operations
- Current driver's licence
Forklift licence highly regarded.
