Construction Supervisor – Commercial Project

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Supervisor to manage building projects predominantly across the Perth metropolitan area.

You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate tradespeople and subcontractors, read and interpret drawings, specifications and project documentation, ensure project meets NCC and Australian Standards, program tracking and Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.

Essential requirements

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency

- A minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in commercial construction, preferably in Perth / WA

- A relevant trade qualification and willingness to work hands-on when required

- A proven track record managing commercial construction projects valued between $250,000 and $2M

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate site teams effectively





- Experience implementing company HSE and quality policies and plans

- Reliability, honesty and a solid work ethic

- Good computer skills - Software: Procore and 1Breadcrumb

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Physical capacity to perform the role and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening

- A current WA driver’s licence

- A current police clearance
