HSE Advisor - 6 month contract

We have a fantastic opportunity for an HSE Advisor to join our team based at Seven Hills. This role will support the WHS function across the business, helping to embed a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with our Safety Management System, policies, and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions

- Assisting with workplace inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with SWMS and safety requirements

- Maintaining WHS documentation, records, and ISO compliance

- Coordinating WHS training and inductions for employees and contractors

- Providing day-to-day support and advice to operational teams

- Promoting safety awareness and continuous improvement across the business

What we’re looking for:





- Minimum Cert IV in WHS (or working towards)

- 1–3 years’ experience in WHS, ideally in construction, telco, or engineering environments

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

- Enthusiasm for safety, with the ability to build positive working relationships

- Previous exposure to ISO management systems and incident investigation methods (desirable)
