Specialising in the delivery and installation of enterprise level printers, photocopiers, and digital media, KKTS works with the majority of Australia's largest companies in the print industry.
About the Role...
We are looking for an organised, detail focused coordinator to manage deployments start to finish - freight, staging, delivery and installation scheduling - working with clients , vendors and field technicians nationwide.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate shipping of sensitive freight - print devices,MFD and IT equipment across Australia
- Arrange staging and preparation of devices before deployment
- Schedule delivery and installation with clients, site contacts and field technicians
- Prepare quotes for smaller jobs and installation requests
- Track jobs to completion and keep clients and internal teams updtaed
- Resolve delays and site access problems quickly
- Keep records, documentation and systemsaccurate
- build strong relationships with clients, carriers and vendors
About You
- Strong background in logistics, installation coordination or supply chain
- Experience with sensitive. high value or fragile freight (higly regarded)
- Knowledge of print, MFD or IT equipment deployment and installation (highly regarded)
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Outstanding customer service and communication - confident with large corporate clients
- Able to juggle several jobs and deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Valuable computer skills
