Role
A broad commercial finance role combining management accounting, business partnering and oversight of an outsourced payroll function.

- ​​​​​​Monthly management reporting, variance analysis and commentary
- Budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis
- Business partnering with operational stakeholders
- Month-end accounting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Overseeing outsourced end-to-end payroll for 140 staff
- Supporting audit and continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting

Profile
You will have a strong background across management accounting, commercial analysis and business partnering, combined with hands-on payroll experience.
Previous experience using Micropay for oversight of payroll is essential.
You will be commercially minded,



analytical and confident partnering with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Strong Excel skills are required, with Power BI experience highly regarded.

Benefits
Hybrid working arrangements. Office location in central Sydney close to public transport. Paying $70ph plus super. 6 month contract with potential to extend or become permanent.
