An exciting opportunity exists for an Operations Manager at Blue Products, a trusted provider of quality storage solutions across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. We specialise in garage shelving, industrial racking, warehouse storage, tool chests and associated products. With three stores currently operating and more opening soon, we're growing fast and looking for robust operational leadership to help take us to the next level.

Requirements

- 5+ years' experience in operations, warehouse or retail management

- Current driver's licence (essential)

- Strong leadership and people management skills across multi-function teams

- Solid understanding of inventory management, logistics and supply chain processes

- Working knowledge of WHS requirements in warehouse/retail environments





- Proficiency with eCommerce and inventory systems (Shopify or similar) and Microsoft Office

- Experience in trade, industrial, hardware or storage/shelving products (highly regarded)

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, showroom and dispatch to ensure consistency and efficiency

- Lead, roster and develop warehouse, sales and delivery staff, including recruitment and performance management

- Manage inventory control, supplier coordination and stock levels to support smooth operations

- Monitor and improve delivery/installation performance, workflows, store layout and operational processes

- Ensure WHS compliance across all sites and manage relationships with freight/logistics providers

- Track KPIs (stock accuracy, delivery timeframes, sales performance, staff productivity) and report to leadership

- Support new store openings and manage budgets, cost control and operational expenditure
