About the role
Banjo's is seeking an experienced, proactive and exceptionally well-organised Executive Assistant to provide strategic and operational support to the CEO, strengthen executive coordination and help drive the organisation's key priorities. Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, you will coordinate executive priorities, anticipate needs and bring structure, discretion and follow-through to a varied workload. You will also maintain clear information flow between the Executive Leadership Team, Board Directors, franchisees and key external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, correspondence, commitments, and daily priorities to ensure seamless execution
- Coordinate the monthly Board reporting cycle, managing departmental deadlines, reviewing submissions, and compiling high-quality final reports for the Board
- Coordinate Head of Department meetings by preparing agendas, recording clear minutes and tracking agreed actions
- Support leaders to monitor operational plans, strategic milestones and outstanding commitments
- Plan and execute major organisational events, including the National Franchisee Conference, network workshops, and staff functions
- Act as a professional representative of the CEO, building strong relationships across the corporate team, store network, Franchisees, and external partners
- Draft, review, and format high-level correspondence, presentations, briefs, agreements, and corporate documents
About you
- Significant experience as a senior Executive Assistant or comparable high-level executive support role
- Advanced communication skills with a proven ability to write, proofread,
and format polished Board papers, reports, and executive presentations
- Proven track record in project and action tracking, helping drive operational follow-through across senior leadership teams
- Tech-savvy proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with workflow platforms like Monday.com is highly desirable
- Outstanding organisational agility—able to prioritise competing demands, anticipate executive needs, and meet strict deadlines independently
- Exceptional organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills
- A professional, approachable manner and an unwavering commitment to confidentiality
