The Team Coordinator Cemeteries & Presentation will play a pivotal role in the delivery of essential functions aimed at maintaining and enhancing public spaces and facilities across the city.
Based at the Oak Flats Services Depot, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring that our city is presented to the highest standards and that all maintenance and improvement initiatives are executed effectively.
The position is responsible for managing Councils cleaners, city presentation crew, street sweepers and cemeteries and offers a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact on your community while developing your leadership skills and expertise in infrastructure management.
About you:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual who is ready to take on the challenges of this rewarding role.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in infrastructure maintenance, scheduling, and crew supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff and customers.
- Demonstrated Financial management skills for effective control within allocated budget.
- In this role, you will coordinate maintenance programs, engage with stakeholders, and implement quality management initiatives, all while ensuring a safe and productive work environment for your team

- Permanent full time,
38 hours per week with the opportunity to work a 9-day fortnight
- Commencing salary range from $92,894 - $102,562 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
